Mexican Shell Soup

The Mexican Shell Soup is an authentic Mexican dish that I learned from my grandmother because she used make when I was younger. The Mexican Shell Soup is a perfect dish that you and your whole family would really enjoy for breakfast, lunch or even dinner.

Mexican Shell Soup Recipe

Place a saucepan on the stove at mid-heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 cups of Shell pasta. Stir until the Shell pasta has a golden color. Then add 1 cup of Tomato sauce and add water until the saucepan is 3/4 full. Let it sit for 8 minutes. Lastly, you can add 2 tablespoons or cubes of chicken bouillon along with any other spices like garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. After 2 minutes, your Mexican Shell Soup is ready to be served for a family of 6 to 8 members.
